I agree a non-returnable booking deposit is to be negotiated and is payable on booking. (Please contact us for further information.)
I understand and agree that the final balance plus negotiated Security Deposit* is due 8 weeks before the date of arrival.
If a booking is made within the 8 week period, the full payment must be sent with this booking form together with the Security Deposit*.
You are required to have appropriate travel and personal insurance. The owners cannot accept any liability for injury or loss of possessions during the period of your holiday.
You acknowledge that you are signing this agreement with full knowledge of our terms and conditions of booking. Please check the box and sign below to signify acceptance of these terms.

*Note: The Security Deposit will be returned in full within 10 days of the end of your holiday after receipt of the keys and electric gate remote controls, and assuming there is no damage or breakages to either the property or its contents, or any additional laundry or cleaning charges.
